How to Print Worksheets
Printing our worksheets takes less than a minute. Here is the reliable way to do it.
Step by step
- Open any worksheet collection and click "Download PDF" under the page you want. The PDF downloads instantly — no sign-up.
- Open the PDF and press Ctrl+P (Windows) or Cmd+P (Mac).
- Set scale to 100% (or "Actual size"). Our pages are designed for US Letter and print correctly on A4 without cropping.
- Print in black and white — everything on our worksheets works perfectly in grayscale. The green accents are a bonus for color printers, not a requirement.
Paper tips
- Regular copy paper (75–90 g/m²) is perfect for tracing and math practice.
- Cardstock (160–200 g/m²) is worth it for charts you want to keep on the wall or laminate.
- Laminate the hundred chart and the alphabet charts and kids can write on them with dry-erase markers, over and over.
Something looks cut off?
Check that page scaling is set to 100% and paper size matches what is in your tray. If a problem persists, tell us which worksheet it was — we test every page, but printers have opinions.
